Returns and Warranty

How to make a return

We offer Lifetime Warranty on all our iPhone/iPads/iPods parts including all Lines of Screens and internals.
Lifetime Warranty is also extended to the internals including Batteries for all other brands as well.
In the event of a warranty claim, customers can fill out an RMA from which is available in the
My Account page of Customer's Dashboard.

Step 1

Send Your Product

Login to your account which was used to place the order. In my Account Dashboard, navigate to My Returns.

Step 2

Click on Request New Return

Select an Existing Order to create an RMA or click Manual RMA to list products individually. Follow the steps and submit the Return Request. An Account Manager will get in touch with you and email you the Retuen Label.

Step 3


Ship the products for RMA using the return label provided and make sure to attach the RMA list genrated through the Return Process.

Step 4

RMA Department

Allow 24-48 hours after the package has been received by the RMA Department. An email notification will be sent marking the RMA to be completed and desired resolution(Exchange/ Store Credit) will be fulfilled.


Lifetime Warranty

All products sold by Neocellular Parts including Screens and Batteries are covered under our Lifetime Warranty (excluding Accessories, Devices and Tools). Lifetime Warranty covers any or all manufacturing defects. Physical damage caused during or after installation is nor covered under Lifetime Warranty. We do not make the customer's pay extra for return shipping unlike other vendors. If there is an issue with quality, condition or parts' compatibility, we take responsibility for it and send a Return Shipping label to customers at our expenses.


Physical damaged parts are not eligible for Return/Exchange. Any parts deemed physically damaged can be retuened at customers' expenses. Parts including screen assemblies compatitable with Samsung devices are recommended to be tested prior installation. Once installed, warranty will be void on those screens and lines, black spots etc will be considered as physical damage.

Exchange and Credit

All RMAs are processed between 24-48 hours of the shipment being received at the RMA Department. All Exchanges/ Replacments are shipped out same day of the RMA being processed. We do not cross ship. If a part needs to be replaced urgently before the RMA is shipped or processed, customer can place a new order and the RMA credit will be applied to the customers' account for future orders. In case of the customer no longer needing the part, Store Credit or Rufund can issued at current pricing of that part. As long as the part does not have any physical damage and does not come into the Exclusion criteria, warranty will be honored on those items.
